6.8/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from downtown and close to the ski slopes, which I loved. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for post-ski relaxation. However, the service left much to be desired as it wasn't as accommodating as I hoped. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, which was disappointing.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and the hot shower was perfect after a long day of skiing. However, there was an unpleasant smell that lingered, which detracted from the overall experience.
Service
6.0
The service was friendly, but they failed to inform me about the limited breakfast options. A bit more effort in communication would have been appreciated.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, within walking distance of downtown and very close to the ski slopes, making it super convenient for my trip.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were a bit pricey considering the area, and the limited breakfast choices were a letdown, but the delivery service from nearby restaurants was a great touch.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, with a nice ambiance, but nothing particularly stood out to make it feel luxurious.

7.0/10

The hotel is conveniently located between Vail and Lionshead and is within walking distance to Vail Village, which is great for exploring. My room was spacious and comfortable; however, the view wasn't ideal because it's facing a construction site. The service was friendly and accommodating, though some staff attitudes left much to be desired. Overall, it's decent value for money, but noise might be an issue during the day due to nearby construction.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and generally comfortable, but the view was quite disappointing as it faced a hospital under construction.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do, although some of the attitudes could have been better.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, just a short walk from Vail Village and very convenient for accessing other sites.
Dining

Dining options were lacking and there wasn't much offered in the mornings; definitely something to improve.
Facilities

Facilities could use an update, but they were okay overall; the pool was pleasant enough.

5.8/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was tranquil and away from the hustle, offering a quiet stay, but it was a bit far from downtown. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though the views were affected by nearby construction. The friendly staff made up for some hiccups in service, but I wished for better dining options and variety.

Rooms
7.0
The double queen room was really spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, it was right next to a construction site, so that was a downside.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff, especially Myra and Amy, were super friendly and helpful. I did feel that my questions about local places seemed to inconvenience the lady at the front desk.
Location
6.0
The hotel is a little off to the side of the village, which provided a peaceful atmosphere, but it was a 15-minute walk to downtown and a bit far from the main center.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were very limited and honestly not great, which was disappointing—hard boiled eggs just didn’t cut it for me.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel had basic amenities, I didn't get a chance to explore much, as the focus on dining options was lacking.

7.2/10

I had a great stay at this hotel, located right in the heart of Vail, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and had been nicely renovated, providing a comfortable experience. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, but I did find the dining options to be quite lacking for the price. Overall, it's a solid pick for a mountain getaway, but be prepared for a bit of a trek to the main areas.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious, recently renovated, and had a lovely view of the mountains. I appreciated the new bed and furniture, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Service
10.0
The service was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to assist guests, especially those needing extra help.
Location
7.0
The hotel had a perfect location for accessing both Vail Village and Lionshead Village, but it was a bit of a hike to get there, especially in ski gear.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were quite skimpy and didn't meet my expectations for the price we were paying, which was disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, although there wasn't much to rave about beyond the rooms and staff. It felt somewhat basic given the price point.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was excellent with easy access to Vail Village and a peaceful setting, the service was a bit off. The room could certainly use some updates and was facing construction, which wasn't ideal. Dining options were limited too, as I had to venture out for my morning coffee, which added a bit of inconvenience.

Rooms
5.0
My room faced the road and there was construction nearby, which was disappointing. Additionally, the coffee pot didn’t work where it was originally placed, but I managed to move it to the desk area. The view was just a neighboring building under repair.
Service
6.0
The staff was generally attentive, but there were some hiccups. Our food sat under heat lamps for too long when a larger party arrived, and they also mishandled my refund request.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent with walking paths leading to Vail Village, making it convenient yet quiet, far enough from the hustle and bustle.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were lacking; I had to leave the hotel for breakfast and it took about 10 minutes to find a place for coffee, which was inconvenient.
Facilities
6.0
I didn't get a chance to explore the facilities much, but from what I saw, they seemed average.

6.2/10

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead Village, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms offered a decent amount of space, though they had a somewhat dated feel and could have been cleaner. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being very helpful while others seemed less accommodating. Dining options were quite limited and lacking variety, which was disappointing, especially given the price.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious but had an outdated feel, and cleanliness could use some improvement.
Service
7.0
Some staff were very helpful, providing valuable information, while others seemed unwilling to assist, which made for an inconsistent experience.
Location
9.0
The hotel was in a fantastic location, just a short walk from both Vail Village and Lionshead Village.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were disappointing with very limited offerings and high prices for basic items.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed outdated, and I hoped for more amenities, especially for the price.
